Accessing
Our Studio

- Drop us a Whatsapp text or call once you’ve reached outside the studio and we will unlock the door electronically. No password is needed to access the space.

- All rentals are done remotely. Our studio is equipped with a smart lock. No assistance will be provided on site. 

- Please remove footwear upon entering the studio.
Footwear are only allowed in the studio for talents/models/private individuals on set as a styling piece.

General Studio Rules

- Rental time begins and ends according to the booking made regardless of your arrival time.

- Please factor in your setup/makeup and clean-up time into your studio booking.
There will be a 10 minutes grace (subjected to availability) after your booking time. If you leave the studio more than 10 minutes after the end-time of your booking, an hourly rate will be charged automatically to your booking.

- Footwear are not allowed in the studio. Please make sure to remove all footwear before entering the studio.

- Footwear are only allowed in the studio for talents/models/private individuals on set as a styling piece.

-  No usage of confettis are allowed in the studio premises.

- Please place back our props where they originally were.

- Please do not step onto the curve of the cyclorama wall as they are fragile. Any damages will be billed accordingly.

- No usage of strong tapes or any types of adhesive leaving visible damage to walls or floor.

- No usage of strong tapes or any types of adhesive on the limewash wall / area

- Please use provided trash bags to throw your thrash in.
Do not throw your trash directly into the bin without the trash bag.

- While food is allowed in the studio, we ask that you dispose out the trash to the level 1 of the building should you wish to consume food in the studio.

- In the event if your studio rental time were to end early, no refunds will be made as the timing have been set and blocked for your team.

- In the event if you require to extend your booking, please check with us on studio availability.

- You are allowed to shift the furniture around the studio, however, all furniture must be shifted back to its original position upon handover of the studio back to us.

Upon leaving

- Please leave the studio and all contents in the same condition as they were when you arrived. 
We would suggest your team to take a photo of the studio props before using the space to refer back upon packing up. Props organization fee of $30 will incur if props are not put back to where they originally were. Deductible from security deposit.

- Our Studio is under cctv surveillance. However please provide photos of the following upon leaving the studio for accountability purposes:

1) Switched off aircons (both side)
2) Studio’s condition after packing up
3) Photo of transmitter (device that looks like a walkie talkie) placed back on the white table
4) Main door is closed properly

Please send the photos over to us through whatsapp before leaving.
Failure to do so, a charge of $100 will incur out of your deposit.

Cancellations/
Rescheduling

- Our Studio offers only studio credit for cancelled bookings as we do not issue refunds.

- You can reschedule your booking and claim your full studio credit by cancelling your booking before 24hrs of your start time and rebook your desired date or time (subjected to availability of the studio).

- No issuing of studio credit will be provided if notice of cancellation is given less than 24hrs of the booking date or or non-arrival.

- Refunds will not be provided in the event that your booking is completed earlier than expected or due to a change of mind, as we have reserved and set aside the designated hours specifically for your team.

Non Compliance
Charges

Additional charges may be incurred for replacement, restoration or compensation.
The list below is non exhaustive.

Damages to furniture / props - (Value of props / furniture price + $10)
Access to second level of the space without booking/permission - $20/hr (Charges will be calculate by the total amount of hours you have used the studio space)
Using of strong tapes or any types of adhesive leaving visible damage to walls or floor - $80
Transmitter is missing or being brought back accidentally - $100
Furniture / Props reorganisation (If not being placed to its original position) - $30

Any damages done to the studio space or studio equipments and props will be charged accordingly.
