BY BOOKING OUR STUDIO SPACE, YOU AGREE TO COMPLY WITH OUR STUDIO’S TERMS & CONDITIONS AS STATED BELOW:

Organisation / guidelines Clean Up & Rental time

- Before entering the studio premies please check in using safe entry, the code is located outside the studio pasted at the front wooden door. Doors will be unlock only after screenshot of check in is send.

- Please remove footwear upon entering the studio. Shoe rack is provided outside the studio.

- Footwear are only allowed in the studio for talents/models/private individuals on set as a styling piece

- Strictly no food and drinks are allowed in the studio space (For family/private individuals/wedding photoshoot - Non commercial shoot)

- Strictly no food and drinks for proposal or any other types of events

-For production house /commercial photoshoots that requires meal time in between shoot, please write in to us. Food and drinks are to be served in disposable containers/packaging as individual portions. No party food.

- Mask should be worn during all times for all crews and talents/models/private individuals

- Mask to be put back on immediately in-between shoot for all talents/models/private individuals

- Please leave the studio and all contents in the same condition as they were when you arrived.

- Please do not move props out of the storeroom, other than the backdrop paper and the props on the wooden shelf. Please put the items back to where they were after your booking 

- Please place back our props where they originally were.
Eg. If your team uses the carpet in the studio, it has to be rolled back and placed back where it’s suppose to be. If you use our backdrop rolls provided, it has to be placed back at where they were from.

- Props organization fee of $30 will incur if props are not put back to where they originally were.

We would suggest your team to take a photo of the studio props before using to refer back upon packing up.

- Please use provided trash bags to throw your thrash in.
Do not throw your trash directly into the bin without the trash bag.

- Rental time begins and ends according to the booking made regardless of your arrival time.

Please factor in your setup/makeup and clean-up time into your studio booking. There will be a 10 minutes grace after your booking time. If you leave the studio more than 10 minutes after the end-time of your booking, an hourly rate will be charged automatically to your booking.

- In the event if your studio rental time were to end early, the rates will remain the same as the timing have been set and blocked for your team. No refunds will be made.

- In the event if you require to extend your booking, please check with us on studio availability.

Upon leaving

Please provide photos or videos of the following upon leaving the studio:

- Switched off aircons (both side)

- The whole space of the studio after packing up

- Photo of transmitter (device that looks like a walkie talkie) placed back on the white table

- Main door is closed properly

Failure to do so, a charge of $100 will incur out of your deposit.


Others

Our Studio is under cctv surveillance for safety and accountability purposes.
Full privacy is ensured during all studio bookings.

Our Studio is not liable for any persons health, property, or state during their booking in Our Studio Space

Any extension of hours needed will be charge base on your initial hourly quote. For example: If you booking is 4hrs ($60/hr) and if your team decides to extend another hour of booking and make it to 5hrs ($55/hr). The extension charge will still be at $60/hr

Non-Compliance Charges
Additional charges may be incurred for replacement, restoration or compensation.
The list below is non exhaustive.

Damages to furniture / props - (Value of props / furniture price + $10)
Access to second level of the space without booking/permission - $20/hr (Charges will be calculate by the total amount of hours you have used the studio space)
Using of strong tapes or any types of adhesive leaving visible damage to walls or floor - $80
Transmitter is missing or being brought back accidentally - $100
Furniture / Props reorganisation (If not being placed to its original position) - $30

Any damages done to the studio space or studio equipments and props will be charged accordingly.

Any damages to the studio strobes will be charged accordingly. 

A charge of $100 will incur if the transmitter is missing or being brought back accidentally

Refund of deposit will be made within 2 weeks.

Changes or cancellations of booking must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

No refunds will be made for changes and cancellations on short notices or non-arrival

No usage of confettis are allowed in the studio premises
